Jamie and Nathan’s wedding at Orchardleigh Estate was nothing short of spectacular. Set in the Somerset countryside, their celebration was meticulously planned, with friends and family playing an active role in bringing their vision to life. Every detail, from the ceremony entrance to the evening fireworks, was carefully considered, creating a day that was both deeply personal and undeniably grand.
The morning began at the estate’s gatehouse, where the wedding party gathered after a night of celebrations. As the preparations moved to the main house, the atmosphere buzzed with energy—final touches to the ceremony setup, long tables styled to perfection in the dining room, and a last run-through of the wedding procession. The excitement was palpable.
While guests took their seats, Jamie and Nathan took an unexpected detour. Instead of walking straight to the ceremony, they were whisked away to the estate’s helipad, where a private helicopter awaited. Moments later, they arrived in style, greeted by cheers as they made their entrance. It was an arrival worthy of the incredible day ahead.
With Orchardleigh as the backdrop, their ceremony was filled with personal moments, heartfelt vows, and an atmosphere of pure celebration. Afterward, drinks and canapés flowed on the lawn, with guests entertained by everything from lawn games to alpacas. Group photos took place on the steps of the estate before we explored the grounds for a short portrait session, making the most of Orchardleigh Estate’s expansive gardens.
As the evening began, guests gathered for the wedding breakfast, punctuated by speeches, live entertainment, and a magician weaving through the tables. The celebrations only built from there. After cutting their seven-tier cake, Jamie and Nathan headed inside for an outfit change while guests lined up outside. When they reappeared, they made a dramatic entrance down the grand staircase, revealing their evening looks as fireworks erupted beside them. It was a moment straight out of a film.
With the night in full swing, the dance floor opened, and the celebrations carried on late into the early hours. Jamie and Nathan’s wedding was a perfect blend of style, energy, and unforgettable moments, and it was an honour to document every part of it.
