Zoe and Peter’s Buckinghamshire wedding at King’s Chapel, Old Amersham was a masterclass in effortless style and genuine emotion. Every detail felt intentional—from the historic setting to Zoe’s two beautifully personal dresses. She wore a vintage gown for most of the day before changing into her mother’s wedding dress for the evening, a quiet yet powerful tribute to family and tradition.
Their love of film photography was a perfect match for the way we work. We captured the day on a mix of digital, analogue, and Super 8; from the quiet anticipation of the ceremony to the energy of the dance floor, nothing felt staged—just honest, beautiful storytelling.
The church provided the perfect backdrop for their ceremony, its grand architecture adding a sense of occasion while still feeling warm and inviting. The reception that followed at King’s Chapel was full of heartfelt speeches, laughter, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay long after the last song has played.
Later, as the evening drew in, we stepped outside for a final set of portraits, embracing the movement and spontaneity that come with a day like this. A perfect way to round off a wedding that was entirely their own.
