We joined Amelia and David on David's family farm in Devon for their beautiful, traditional marquee wedding. It was a memorable day filled with fun, good food and dancing.

Amelia spent the morning getting ready with her mother and bridal party. She wore an elegant, classic gown from Emma Victoria Payne Bridal.
Before heading to the ceremony, we captured a few informal bridal portraits, both on digital and 35mm.
BRIDAL PORTRAITS
Ameila's wedding bouquet from the Devon Cottage Gardener featured lots of classic greenery, interspersed with delicate white roses and thistles, a nod to the groom's ancestry.

Amelia and David married at the local church before heading out into the rain for a rather wet and wild confetti throw.

Before heading back to the farm for drinks and canapes we made a short stop to take in the beautiful Devonshire scenery and for the bride and groom to savour their first moments as husband and wife.

Guests enjoyed creatively presented canapes from Fego Food Company during the lakeside drinks reception.
FOOD
The drinks reception is always the perfect time for some formal group portraits. We took the opportunity to capture some relaxed and informal shots of Ameila and her bridal party.

The marquee was exquisitely styled with greenery and seasonal blooms by planner Fynesse Weddings and Events.
STYLING AND DECOR
After dinner, we were treated to the most gorgeous golden hour sunset. We made the most of the glow by heading out for one final couple portrait session.
GOLDEN HOUR
As the sun set, it was time for the evening's entertainment to begin in the form a traditional ceilidh dancing. The energy and movement of the celebration was an absolute joy to capture - so much fun!
